Blue is the colour for Garage Italia Customs’ unique Ferrari GTC4Lusso

In 2016, Italian entrepreneur and founder of Garage Italia Customs Lapo Elkann added a dark blue Ferrari 400i to his stable. Now, inspired by the marque’s longstanding tradition of four-seater Grand Tourers, he’s bought a new GTC4Lusso and given it a true-blue makeover…

Blue yonder!

Hot on the heels of the Pagani Huayra Lampo, which was revealed just a few months ago, Garage Italia Customs has revealed its latest one-off creation — the Ferrari GTC4Lusso Azzurra. Designed for, and largely by, the creative studio’s director, Lapo Elkann, the V12 is a symphony in blue — from the unique two-tone colour scheme (which extends to the wheels) created especially for Garage Italia to the radically different interior, which utilises leather and gorgeous hand-woven Solaro fabric by Foglizzo Leather.

We particularly love the circular holes in the Daytona-style seats, filled with the colours of the Italian tricolour. Whether blue is your colour (like Elkann) or you simply prefer your V12 Ferraris in any hue other than red (like us), it’s hard not to be charmed by this unique creation. Milan-dwellers, keep your eyes peeled for Elkann on his morning commute…
